I became captivated by Israel from the very first time I set foot in the country at the age of 17 on a teen tour organized by the Jewish community of Dallas, Texas where I grew up.
I returned to the country during the course of my first academic degree and spent a year at Tel Aviv University’s Overseas Students Program. After completing a B.A. degree in International Studies at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, I returned once again to Israel—this time to complete an M.S. in Management at Beer Sheva’s Ben Gurion University. And I’ve been in Israel ever since.
A few years after formally making aliya (immigration to Israel), I was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces where I served in the IDF Spokesman’s Unit in a department working with the foreign press.
I worked in various international marketing roles for Israeli high-tech companies for more than 15 years. And then I decided to pursue my dream of sharing my passion for the Land of Israel with others.
I’m a graduate of the prestigious tour guide course at the University of Haifa’s Israel School of Tourism and am a licensed tour guide by Israel’s Ministry of Tourism.
I look forward to guiding you in David’s Land—the Israel I love.
